The Empire Grille is providing To-Go and Curbside Service for those customers who may not have cooking facilities or an adequate food supply during the COVID-19 crisis.  The restaurant will be participating in the Great Plates Delivery Program in Santa Cruz County which will produce and deliver wholesome food to those residence who are over 65 years and are in need of healthy and well-balanced meals
