We want to take this opportunity to assure you that we take the health of our community, our staff, you as our valued client, and your pets very seriously.

In keeping our hospital up to date with the current guidelines (from CDC, AVMA,
CVMA, the County of Monterey), we have a few modifications to our patient handling.

Outside of our door, we have placed signage requesting you to stay in you car and give us a call when you arrive. We are prepared to modify our normal intake process by conducting all conversations via telephone. Once you arrive, our staff will collect your pet from your car directly.

We will coordinate care via phone when possible.
